The answer to the question ‘Who Am I?’ is an ever changing one, as it should be, right?

We are meant to change, to keep developing, to keep growing, to keep aiming to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. If we stay the same, we’re likely to feel stuck and feel like there’s something wrong, we’re likely to not feel completely happy.

Looking back I realise I didn’t feel completely happy for much of my early life, like I wasn’t really living my truth or being the best version of myself that I could be - whatever those things meant! Then life took hold, like it does. I had children, I worked, I owned a home…I did what we’re supposed to do, but I felt like there was something more. So when my two sons left home, and I was fast approaching 50, I had the chance to change things up.

So, I took a leap – I sold the house, reduced most of my work and went off travelling again - as I had done in my younger years. The next year resulted in me giving up the apartment I was renting, selling most of my possessions, travelling to several countries, training to become a Qoya Inspired Movement teacher, attending 10 day long silent Vipassana courses, engaging in ceremony and rituals on various retreats, healing old wounds and writing a book! I opened myself up inside and out, I rediscovered my essence, my authentic self, my heart, my truth…which of course is an on-going and ever-evolving process!

Through my own journey, I have become passionate about helping other’s to be in their truth and live their most authentic lives - all of my work and offerings are aimed with this in mind.
